  11. Thanks everyone! It WAS hard- I counted calories...I use the Calorie King website and began walking then jogging (a term loosely used for my shuffle) I have fallen off the wagon a little bit and have been in a holding pattern now, as long as I do not gain I am happy for now. I just need to keep up with the exercise- tough now that school is back in. I feel so much better!
