    Okay, I just did a spit take all over my monitor. Put together, your photos of the tiny, sunken leaf -- a black spot in a sea of blue -- have an existential, absurdist quality that I love.

    Yep, Cheryl and Boom Boom are right. We went the same route but I have many more leaves. You obviously clean your pool more often than I do.

    People here seem to feel sad about this photo but I didn't feel so. I like the changing of the seasons from summer to autumn in your photo.

    This is the best one. I particularly like the second shot that dramatically shows the full scope of the horror. Poor leaf.
