Day 23: Stiletto heels

This is for Day 23 of a challenge 30 Days of Writing started by Nicky and Mike of We Work For Cheese. Today’s prompt was: Stiletto heels
I love stiletto heels. I think they are awesome... the look of a classy pair of stilettos with a nice skirt/ dress.... is a beautiful thing.

That being said, I do not wear stilettos much anymore...

They are simply too uncomfortable. I have noticed that now that I have lost some weight that they do not bother me as much as they did before, but after about an hour or so on them- forget it- they're off.

    Most stiletto heeled shoes look great, but I find many high heeled shoes now that look laughingly ugly, in my opinion ;)

      You're right Babs, some look great, but a lot are ridiculous. I saw some glow in the dark platform stilettos on one website.

    Even when I would younger, I didn't wear high heels. Never been my thing.

    I love high heels and wear them all the time. When I wear flats, it cripples me for a week after.
